Luke Sisler

Luke has made the family business his career. Growing up he spent summers and school vacations working onsite. After graduating with a physics major from Hamilton College, he spent a couple years building in Jackson, Wyoming. He enjoyed his time learning the business in a similar market without familial ties to the boss.

With nearly a decade back in Vermont, Luke has worked onsite as a carpenter, site supervisor, and project manager. After learning the different roles involved in the custom homes division, he is now transitioning more into the office for a management role. His passion is to maximize build effectiveness and minimize waste through years of experience, communication, and maintaining good relationships with preferred local subcontractors. He focuses on the customized process for each client to ensure the project achieves long term success.

For fun Luke continues to enjoy the activities Stowe has to offer. He plays hockey, coaches lacrosse, fly fishes, rock climbs, grinds gravel, and skis at the resort and backcountry.
