There are certain predictable steps that must be taken to complete any building or remodeling project. By following a core construction-management process, we're able to eliminate the guesswork for both our clients and our team.Our construction management process enables us to keep track of every detail of your project - from "inception-to-date" cost to an anticipated completion date. We've invested in information systems to help us keep you involved and informed from start to finish.
In the beginning stages of the construction process, we’ll --

- Set expectations about what's involved to complete it
- Build a timeline of projected milestones
- Set up an information request log
